Who We Are
Endurus Capital exists to identify and operate large multi-family assets in growing markets for the benefit of our investors, residents and surrounding communities.
Drew Whitson, Matt Brawner and Todd Dexheimer are the principals and co-founders of Endurus Capital.
Together, the partners have operated nearly half a billion worth of multi-family and commercial real estate assets across the United States. Their professional backgrounds and certifications in corporate finance, construction, brokerage, and property management drive success for Endurus Capital.
Drew Whitson
Co-Founder & Principal
Drew has been purchasing investment properties since 2007 and has extensive experience in the Twin Cities and mid-Atlantic markets. Prior to investing in real estate, Drew was a finance executive for a Minneapolis based Fortune 50 company. Drew received an Economics and Finance degree from Bethel University and later an MBA from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. In addition to Endurus Capital, he is currently a Professor of Finance at Bethel University in St. Paul and lives with his wife and four kids in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.
Matt Brawner
Co-Founder & Principal
Matt started in real estate in 2011. Matt has a wide breadth of experience in the business as an investor, broker and a property manager. Matt is a founding partner of Minnesota Capital Management. Matt lives with his wife and three children in Dayton, MN. As a family, the Brawner’s are active in their church and love exploring all that the outdoors has to offer.
Todd Dexheimer
Co-Founder & Principal
Todd began investing in Real Estate in 2008 and has purchased and renovated apartments, single family homes, a mobile home park and even a ski resort. Todd is the owner of Cretin Construction, and is licensed as a general contractor. Todd is also the host of the podcast Pillars of Wealth Creation, which is a bi-weekly podcast teaching others on how to operate successful businesses. Todd lives with his wife and two kids in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.
Zach Heiting
Director of Acquisitions
Zach has been involved in the real estate industry for the past 8 years, assisting in underwriting, acquisitions, and Value-add construction. He leverages a Finance degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a career as a Project Accountant where he helped oversee $500M+ of construction projects for a general contractor. Outside of work, Zach is involved in the Ryan Mathis Foundation. Zach was born and raised in Minnesota
Daniel Simpson
Director of Asset Management
Daniel Simpson is a Certified Property Manager® and a licensed Real Estate Broker with more than 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, and multifamily property management. Most recently, Daniel was the Vice President of Operations for an Austin TX based owner operator where he was responsible for the organizational operation of a business managing 2,200 units. Daniel also served as Senior Regional Manager for a national brand overseeing a portfolio of Class A and Tax Credit properties throughout Texas. This portfolio included new construction, lease up, and stabilized assets as long term holds for the clients. During his tenure at a Texas non-profit Daniel was responsible for renovation and capital improvement projects for a 49-property portfolio. He has also served his communities as a volunteer member of the TIRZ and Zoning Boards.
Crissy Rogers
Construction Project Manager
Crissy Rogers has been in the renovation industry for 8 years, leveraging her expertise to transform spaces and bring new life to properties. With a strong foundation in project management and a keen eye for detail, Crissy has successfully led numerous projects that have revitalized communities and enhanced living environments.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Crissy has a deep love for animals and a passion for horticulture and the outdoors. Crissy's multi-faceted interests and commitment to making a positive impact in both her professional and personal life make her a well-rounded and empathetic individual. Always eager to embrace new challenges, she seeks opportunities to blend her passion for design, project management, and her love for the nature.
